About Us

Production World CIC launched in 2025 to connect underrepresented talent to real opportunities in the film and TV industry. After three years of community work, events, and outreach, we saw a clear need for a platform that supports freelancers, builds confidence, and increases access to jobs and training. Based in London, we host networking events, CV workshops, and school/university outreach, all designed to create visible, inclusive pathways into production. Our mission is to open doors, develop skills, and build a stronger, more diverse creative workforce one connection at a time.

Our Vision

A more inclusive media industry where everyone has the opportunity, support, and confidence to succeed.

Our Values

Access: We believe everyone deserves a chance to learn and thrive in production, regardless of their background.
Community: We build strong connections that inspire and support creative talent.
Empowerment: We equip people with skills, knowledge, and opportunities to shape their futures.

Our Mission

To open doors into the film and TV industry by providing training, experiences, and networks that help people from all backgrounds build meaningful creative careers.

Founders Bio

I am the founder of Production World CIC. I began my career in television in 2018, working as a Runner on Science of Stupid. This first step sparked a passion for production that led to collaborations with major broadcasters including Channel 4, the BBC, and Viacom.

Over the years, I have progressed into a Production Manager role, gaining hands-on experience delivering diverse projects and managing creative teams.

While building a career in the industry I also dedicated my time to community engagement, hosting events, leading training courses, and visiting schools and universities to inspire the next generation of talent. After seeing first-hand the barriers faced by people from low socio-economic backgrounds and underrepresented ethnic groups, I founded Production World CIC in 2025.

Through this work I am committed to creating accessible pathways into film and TV production, empowering individuals with practical skills, connections, and confidence to build lasting creative careers.
